Being active and do routine exercise.  

Minimal 30 minutes for heart activity in one day. Herein you should sport that will make your heart beat more taut minimal 30 minutes in one day. Choose for sport which you like and do routine activity. Ensure to make you sweaty and get energy. It helps body metabolism to overbid and can burn fat.  

Enough rest. 

One of key factor for a healthy body weight is having enough rest. Minimal has sleeping 8 hours, if possible should be an unbreak sleep. This will help relax your body and back to be fresh.
