Could stress stimulate acne or acne that stimulates stress? Which one is right? There are no researches which find the correlation between stress and acne, but expert agree that stress could stimulate and provoke acne. Many researchers believed there were a link between stress and acne.
Stress could triggers changing on our body, like changing in body weight, blood pressure rise-up and pushed greasier face or hazy. Someone really get acne so easy while they are in stress condition. Although not all got acne while they’re on stress condition. But stress could exacerbate existing acne.
Stress apparently alters stress's hormone to rise-up, and made imbalance in the body. This hormone’s influence could be also a prime factor for acne. This is become clear, that stress could stimulate acne.
If you tend to get acne while stress, therefore you should begin studying how to control your stress. There are many ways that you can do to manage your stress. And don’t forget to keep your face clean during stress.
Tips to prevent, and cure acne:
- Wash your face each time having activity outside. When you wash your face will help to remove oil at the surface of your skin. If we rarely clean it, therefore bacteria will live lush at our face. But remembers don't wash your face or rub your face redundantly because on the contrary will increase sebaceous oil production that can cause skin problem on face. Wash your face at least two times a day by using a mild soap.
- Use a cosmetic that suite with your skin type. If your skin greasy therefore utilize cosmetics for skinned greasy, if cosmetics that you utilizes in conflict with your skin type, acne will shortly visit your face skin. So be cautious when you choose a cosmetic.
- You should avoid using a greasy cosmetic. Naturally our face will have oil, even in dry skin also have this oil. So you should avoid using excessive cosmetics because oil and dust will be a good media for bacteria to grow in our face.
- Dry our face with clear towel after face or bath wash, since bacteria also like moist and warm place. And always use a clean towel, because bacteria could live in dirty towel, especially a moist towel.

- Always ensure to clean your skin before sleep. Because during sleeping skin will regenerate and build a healthy skin, especially sleeping in night time.
- Often eat vegetables and fruit. Because they contains a lot of vitamin that one will keep your skin healthy. Increase vegetable or fruit eating, particularly which contain vitamin E. With healthy skin, therefore acne will not grow.
- Sleep adequately and regularly.
- Avoid food caused acne.
