Is Obesity a disease?

Several journal of medicine said that obesity is a disease, so should be found  a solution, could be weight lose a solution. But many people believe that obesity is a life style, it meant prosperity. As long as has healthy, would be no problem.

But many medical journals had attack, although is not trigger, but obesity become a cause of factor many deadly disease, and slows the cure of medication process. Several insurance institute also attack, with data that they has, claim majority of person having obesity tend to had a serious health problem.

Fact says:
Fatness places someone in jeopardy: diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer.
Scientists don’t agree that obesity is disease, even in many research pointing that obesity could be as disease.

Several research finds that obesity not only causes changing structural of the body, but also determines how body handle lipid, insulin and blood sugar. Accordingly, fat at one's post that don't usually be found, as in muscle, heart and pancreas, could affect organ ability for functioning correctly.

Even obesity is not disease, several medical services had included body weight loss as action of medical in many serious disease. As: in many heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, even cancer also. Medical service even also had included their action on body weight loss, although healthy life behaviors was beginning on spotlight, for prevention to cut down health budget.

If you tend having fat on your body, perhaps you should begin cautious, remember obesity constitute jeopardy factor many serious disease. Really not absolute if you should lost your weight, obesity could be in your family, as life style. One that needs to be noticed is bring off jeopardy factor, if there is family which suffer from.

Following a few things that you can do to bring off jeopardy in obesity:
Healthy living pattern, enough rest and does routine sport, particularly sporting one "force" heart to beat, such as bicycle.
Do a healthy eating, cholesterols descending foods and avoid food having cholesterol, such as cooking oil, meat, etc..
Avoid stress, however good stress may well divide body robustness, better again brings off your stress.
