Display a sketch of you in the facebook can be very cool, it looks like drew by a professional artist. Black and white picture appear natural and artistic, perhaps you will admire yourself again and again. Especially if that is your favorite picture, this will boost your self esteem.
To create a sketch from your photo, you need photoshop features. There are many features in photoshop to create a sketch, i.e. desaturate, layer, invert, blur. That is the main features; however you can use other tools to create a sketch in different technique.
In photoshop CS2 has many features which can create a sketch easier than other program. Even though photoshop CS2 is a big program, it has many features. Sometimes one or three features can be combined to add a sketch another look.
Step one: Select a photo with good resolution, this is not compulsory, but photo with good resolution will give a great result in the end. Each step in editing a photo can decrease the resolution and create photo less bright or lost its pixel. That’s way some photo will not give great result in the end of editing.
Step two: use desaturate’s feature to convert a photo to a black-white picture. Then duplicate layer of that black-white picture. This will appear two eyes in the layer toolbar, if you click the eye the layer will disappear. Then if you click the eye again, the layer will appear again.
Step three: invert the picture to look like negative film. Just click image >> adjustment >> then click invert. You will see the picture look gray, like a negative film. For sure you will not see any good in this step, the picture still in raw picture.
Step four: In the layer toolbar, change the setting in normal mode to color dodge. This will make the picture disappear, like nothing color in the picture. However you will see some dot, or black line in the picture.
Step five: Click filter >> blur >> click Gaussian blur. Then edit the radius pixel as you like. This will change the brightness of the line and the background. However you can add other features, just to improvise the result, but your sketch will be very cool.
Now you can use your sketch on the facebook profile.
